We are excited to share that our conditional use permit has been submitted to Blaine County Land Use Office for review. While the property on East Fork Road is already zoned for use as a retreat, a conditional use permit is required before moving forward with development. This permit simply outlines the specific uses of the property.
In August, we held two meetings to gather feedback from neighbors of the property and community members. There were many folks who also took the time to submit feedback and ask questions through our website. Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Our planning committee, legal counsel and team of consultants took every bit of feedback and conducted numerous studies and surveys surrounding fire safety, the condition of East Fork Road, traffic and water. We are thankful to all who helped us identify solutions and develop a comprehensive application to submit with confidence.
We are currently in a due diligence period while our application is under consideration. The Planning and Zoning Committee will review our application, followed by a public hearing.
